Beaconsfield Independent Electors Association

Welcome to the Beaconsfield Independent Electors Association (BIEA) website.

The BIEA evolved from the Beaconsfield Ratepayers Association in  the early 1990’s, and as its name implies, it exists to support those of independent mind who wish to represent Beaconsfield voters in local government, without the constraints of a national political agenda.
